ACCOMMODATION

The Esplanade Zagreb Hotel is the official conference venue and has a limited number of rooms reserved for participants of the ENFSI Annual Meeting 2027.

70 rooms have been pre-booked and will be held for ENFSI participants until 15 March 2027. After this date, any unreserved rooms may be released by the hotel and made available for general booking.

SPECIAL RATE FOR ENFSI PARTICIPANTS
A special accommodation rate of €242 per person, per night is available for ENFSI Annual Meeting 2027 participants.

                                   

Participants wishing to stay at the conference venue are therefore strongly advised to arrange their accommodation as early as possible.

A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation but will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment in full is made directly to the hotel upon arrival. The card will only be charged in the event of late cancellation or no-show, in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms. Cancellations are subject to the Esplanade Zagreb Hotel’s applicable group cancellation policy and terms and conditions, as stated on the hotel’s website at the time of booking.
